The 4th of July is on a Wednesday this year, so no TGIF. But I couldn’t forgo this post, especially since there are updates to it for this year, so I am putting it up early. And sneaking it out mid-afternoon on a Thursday, hoping that it doesn’t permenantly damage my brand. Whatever, it’s a long week, sometimes you can’t wait until Friday!
My boss’ wife is sick today, so he had to bring his two year old into the office. She is the sweetest little thing and they are soooooooooooooooo cute together. And thus the inspiration for this post!
This is a very very very specific post. Our nice commentator/friend Angie got Maddy to read and retweet my Breathe reviews, so in return I shall give her a nice theme TGIT post. That theme being “here are all the men you like in a variety of outfits and poses”. And then on tomorrow I will do a “normal” TGIF post that more than one reader will enjoy.
First, if you are in a grumpy “I hate romance and love and couples!” mood, that is your right, and you should go watch Anjaam and look at yesterday’s “men in wet shirts” post. But if your mood is more “falala, happiness and flowers and my boyfriend/husband is so awesome!”, then this will just serve to increase that feeling. Or, alternatively, if you are in a sort of miserable “there are no happy couples or true love in the world” vibe, this will convince you that is false. Also, I have a clear and declared winner for the Best Couple Award, you will have to convince me out of it.
I was going to do a bonus fanfic, but judging by view count, the TGIF posts are more popular, so I’m doing that instead. And a nice Valentine’s one, for us to recover from all the romance and coupliness of yesterday.
Also in honor of my friend who’s baby is arriving any day now!!!!! Anyway, BABIES!
I hate making women battle against each other! So just take it as a given that both Preity and Urmila are awesome and gorgeous and so on and so on. But let us determine in particular cases, who is more awesome and gorgeous?

It’s a pun! Do you get it? Because it is men who are smoking hot, and also actually smoking, like smoking cigarettes. Okay, so it’s kind of a lame theme, but I still have holiday brain, and who knows, maybe seeing all of these photos of themselves will inspire some of these guys to make it a New Year’s resolution to stop smoking.

Happy Dharmendra’s birthday (again). To celebrate we are going to have a bit of a rigged contest, Dharam against all comers. But obviously, Dharam will win. Partly because it is his birthday and I want to be nice, and partly because he just is the best.
Happy Friday! My goodness this has been a frustrating day. The second I get in to anything at work the phone rings and I have to stop. Snow isn’t exactly the magical wonderment for me that it is for people in Indian movies. It’s been a part of my life for 4 months out of the year (at least) as long I can remember.
