Such a good interesting movie! There aren’t really surprise twists and stuff, but it is a journey for sure, so you should read the No Spoiler review if you are planning to see it and let it wash over you and surprise you.

Continue readingI’m back! 6 hours of sleep, and now I am refreshed and ready to move on to the SPOILERS review, after having already written the No Spoilers review. Which will be super fun for me, having just spent a month learning in detail everything about what “really” happened in Sanjay’s life (you can read that here). And therefore knowing just what this film changed. Which is EVERYTHING.
I’m back! From an incredibly hot drive to the theater, back to the sanctuary of my nice cool bedroom, with Dog Hazel stretched out panting on the floor. Time to start writing some kind of a review of this thing.
A movie I have been meaning to watch for ages, based only on how pleasant the opening song is. But somehow I’ve never gotten past that opening song until just now.
Happy Monday! I successfully finished my first week of heartworm treatment! Well, not “my” first week, the dog’s first week. But I’m the one who had to give her the pills and rub her sore legs and stuff. And now, the second week! In which if her heart rate goes up, she will DIE!!!! (or so the Vet impressed it upon me) Now, distract me from my overwhelming responsibilities by asking me questions. Oh, and answering mine, a follow up to last Monday.
