And in about half an hour I am reposting the No Spoiler review for you to read and convince you to watch it even more. Well, huh! This is a very interesting comparison with the last song. And I hope Aanand L Rai is planning to do something deep and interesting comparing the two of them. Or else it’s just an excuse for a Salman cameo.

Huh. Well, the season is really going now, and it looks like this will be season of interesting personal stories and connections. I am down with that! After Saif-Sara and Janhvi-Arjun, we have another very private and unusual connection between two people. Actually, three people. Because Karan is part of it this time around.
Well, the new Mr. and Mrs. Jonas have now complete their first night of wedding bliss. There’s an image to wake you up in the morning! Maybe with a strange sense of mystery and confusion, maybe with a shudder of horror, but certainly with a little boost of energy to get you going.
As December grinds on and everyone has less time and needs more of an escape, Mirzya seems like a good choice. Very odd, very dreamy, fairly short. You can have it on in the background in kind of a loop if you like.
I was having lunch with my parents today, which is why I am late posting this, and my Dad asked what was happening with “Priyanka and the Little Guy”. I’m just sharing this with you so that, like me, you will now have that phrase indelibly burned into your mind any time you see PC-Nick coverage.
This is I think the first serious review I wrote. Back when no one was reading me. So I am reposting it so you can enjoy it now. And also because it’s December and no one much is reading, so I might as well put up a review that I’ve already posted twice.
As I already said in my No Spoilers review, this move is surprisingly good! Well, “surprising” to me, because I usually don’t like Shankar, and the trailer made it seem like just shallow action. So, I recommend watching it if possible without having read spoilers. But if you don’t believe it can really be that good, read the spoilers and then go see it anyway. Oh, and I should say it isn’t a total “anyone will love it” movie, so if you don’t like action science superhero films, you probably won’t like this.

This is my favorite way to be wrong. A movie I wrote off as terrible based on the ad campaign and so on turns out to be great! Boo for my predictive abilities but YAAAY for the WORLD!!!!

This just came up in comments and I thought “hey, I’ve never really reviewed it!” So now I will.
Oops, totally forgot to schedule something for this Sunday. So you all have only a little bit of time to watch the movie in advance, if you want to. Or of course you can watch it later and just swing back to the review once you do. Anyway, it doesn’t really matter, because this is a review of a movie I love love love and I am putting it up as a gift for me me me.
It’s the annual (and sometimes other random times in the year) treat!!!!! Men in Beards! For Christmas! Like SANTA!!! Yes, I know it isn’t Christmas yet, but I just barely managed to finish my Delhi 6 review at work and I still have to do blechy end of month work stuff today, so you are going to have to be happy with a TGIF rerun (although there’s a couple new photos). I did it! I figured out the message of Delhi 6! It was right there in front of me all the time! Also, I figured out the main problem (Sonam and Abhishek have terrible chemistry).
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! What a wonderful day you chose to be born!!! Nicely snuggled between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but a safe distance from both. Like a well-timed movie release.
I’m back! I’m cheerful again! Existential crisis over. Stop worrying about me! It’s gonna be a great day, and my Delhi 6 review will be going up shortly. And tonight I will have the great joy of NOT seeing 2.0, and thus saving lots of money and time.

Again, it’s Christmas time, no one is reading, this is like writing in my diary or to a few trusted friends instead of to the whole group of casual readers. Anyway, I’m not seeing 2.0 until Saturday, so there’s nothing else to post about.
